Teresa Parsley, Owner and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Parking Revenue Recovery Services, Inc. Teresa co-founded the Company and has been an instrumental part in steadily growing the business year-over-year. Teresa has a background in customer service and call centers (she worked in the corporate travel business for 18 years prior to PRRS), and has managed teams for the past 20 years. Teresa was educated at the University of Oregon before beginning her business career.
Gregg Van De Mark, Lead Counsel. Gregg has been PRRS’s lead counsel since January, 2013, and in this capacity sends out thousands of attorney collection letters on behalf of PRRS's clients. Gregg was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 1996, and has worked in the legal profession ever since. Recently, from 2008-2010, he used his legal skills in the debt settlement industry, negotiating on behalf of consumers; Gregg gained valuable experience in the debt collection industry. Since 2012 Gregg has focused on the rights of creditors, including debt collection, litigation, defensive litigation and legal compliance under the FDCPA. Gregg is a Certified Debt Specialist (International Association of Professional Debt Collectors, May 2008). Gregg received an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas – Austin, a master’s degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas – Austin and his law degree from Washburn University.
Angela M. Clark, Special Counsel. Angela, a native of Colorado, earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado - Boulder and her law degree from the University of Miami. Angela is currently a licensed, practicing attorney in Illinois, and serves as a special adviser to PRRS.
John D. Conway, Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer based in Denver. John joined PRRS in 2016 and is a parking industry veteran with over twenty-four years of experience in the parking industry. Prior to joining PRRS. John held the position of Vice President of Airports West for SP+ Corporation. Previously, John served Denver Mayors Wellington Web and John W. Hickenlooper as a commissioner on the Denver Parking Commission. John was appointed by both administrations to serve two consecutive three-year terms. John has served on the Economic Development Council for the Downtown Denver Partnership. John currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District. John studied political science at Colorado State University and served on a LEDET team in the U.S. Coast Guard.
